Who will deliver your wines?
Our delivery partner for worldwide shipping is UPS. We deliver your selection of wines ex stock to the provided shipping address. You can choose your home or your office as a delivery address. If you want to be the wines a gift for somebody, simply fill in his or her address as delivery address.
On the day of dispatch, we inform you via email about the expected delivery date. Please be sure that somebody will be present under the given delivery address to accept the wines.

How long will delivery take?
vivinum.co.uk offers a fast,easy and reliable delivery. Usually it will take 1-2 working days until your order leaves our storage. Transportation through our delivery partners takes approx. 3-5 weekdays. That means, your wine should be with you at least within one week.
There might be a delay for orders during wekend and national holidays.
In case of any unscheduled delay we will inform you by email.

What will happen, if a delivery is damaged?
Storage and shipping will be performed with exceptional care to assure your order will reach you in perfect condition. For the rare occasion of damage, we insure all our deliveries. For that case it is important to check the intactness of the products upon receipt, preferably in the presence of the delivery person. Please inform our staff via email or fax, so we are able to co-ordinate the modalities of return and make the return as convenient as possible for you. Please do not send back damaged goods by yourself.

Payment Options:

For any transactions we accept payment via PayPal, international bank transfer (IBAN, BIC/Swift) and payment by creditcard (Eurocard/Mastercard, AMEX, VISA, Carte Bleue Internationale and JCB). In order to be able to handle your order promptly and to your full satisfaction, we need to know your complete name, your email address, delivery address and your payment information. Your data will be transmitted using the secure socket layer technology (SSL) via 256 bit encryption method, representing the highest security standard. When paying by credit card, your account will not be debited before your order has been dispatched. Please be sure sending us the complete card number, the expiry date and the credit card security number (CVC2, CVV2). The credit card security number for VISA, Euro/Mastercard and JCB is composed of the last 3 digits of the number printed on the back of your card below the magnetic strip, the security number for AMEX is composed of 4 digits on the front of your card at the right side above your card number. This number is meant as a further security attribute in the internet payment process. Please do never send credit card information via email for security reasons.

In case your credit card data were not listed completely in the ordering form, you can submit your missing data anytime safely within your customer account using our secure server.

Ratings by Robert Parker (PP):
50-59 PP: a wine deemed to be unacceptable.
60-69 PP: a below average wine containing noticeable deficiencies, such as excessive acidity and/or tannin, an absence of flavor, or possibly dirty aromas or flavors.
70-79 PP: an average wine with little distinction except that it is a soundly made. In essence, a straightforward, innocuous wine.
80-89 PP: a barely above average to very good wine displaying various degrees of finesse and flavor as well as character with no noticeable flaws.
90-95 PP: an outstanding wine of exceptional complexity and character. In short, these are terrific wines.
96-100 PP: an extraordinary wine of profound and complex character displaying all the attributes expected of a classic wine of its variety. Wines of this caliber are worth a special effort to find, purchase, and consume.

§ 1 Availability:
1. All offers are made subject to availability. All wines are sold on a strictly first come, first served basis. vivinum.co.uk will inform you immediately, if one or more of your selected wines should not be available.

§ 2 Prices and payment:
1. Please note that all prices include VAT and are per bottle of 75cl unless otherwise stated. Delivery is not included and terms are strictly payment with order. Payment may be made using our secure server by VISA / Carte Bleue Internationale, Eurocard / Mastercard, AMEX and JCB or via international bank transfer.

§ 3 Damages:
1. For the case of damage it is important to check the intactness of the products upon receipt, preferably in the presence of the delivery person.

2. vivinum.co.uk will not be held accountable for corked wine; deposit is not considered to be a damage and those wines may not be exchanged.

1. It is illegal, to sell wines and spirits to anyone under the age of 18. Therefore, you must be aged 18 years or over to order and by placing an order, you are confirming this.

Returns Policy

Your 7-days return right:
If you are not completely satisfied with a particular wine you ordered, we guarantee a return and exchange right within a period of 7 days from the day you recieved the order. According to your request, we exchange the selected items or refund the money. Please note that this only applies for unopened bottles in perfect condition. Your only expense will be the return postage fee unless it was our shipping error.
A chargeback on a credit card purchase will be completed when the item has been returned.
Please inform our staff via email or fax, so we are able to co-ordinate the modalities of return and make the return as convenient as possible for you. Please do not send back goods by yourself.

Do we gather personal data?
In order to be able to handle your order promptly and to your full satisfaction, we need to know your complete name, email address, delivery address, credit card number, credit card security number (CVC2, CVV2) and expiry date. This is the only way we can handle your order and inform you about when you can expect delivery.
